Support and Warranty Procedure
All of SSAI’s are products are protected by a product support program which we feel is one of the best in the industry. The warranty is applicable to those verified defects or failures that may become apparent within thirty-six (36) months after factory shipment.
In the event a unit is found defective (fails Power On Self Test (POST)), SSAI provides exchange service via worldwide express delivery service. This service is provided free of charge for all in warranty units and at a modest cost for units past the warranty period/service time. A complete inventory is provided at the factory.
When
contacting SSAI for service, the information on the Product Return Form
will be required. The information is in regard to the unit, aircraft and owner.

Pack the failed unit in the
original shipping container if available. If not, pack in a shipping box with at
least 2 inches (5 cm) of protective shipping materials on all sides, ENCLOSE the

acknowledgment from the factory of the receipt of your unit. The EXCHANGE/NEW
