Information Engineering Division
Our Information Engineering Division develops multimedia productions for
delivery on CD-ROMs, Internet and Intranet. These products include Multi-Media Instructional Programs
(Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL), Computer Based Training (CBT), Computer Based Instruction
(CBI), etc.), and Conference Proceedings. Please Contact Us for how we may help you
achieve your goals for multimedia training materials, distance learning and conference proceedings. The following gives a brief summary of our capabilities and
our work with NTSA’s I/ITSEC, ITEC Limited’s ITEC (Europe) and NTSA’s Training 2012 Industry Survey.
Multi-Media Instructional Program Development
Multi-Media Instruction provides an effective training system for the
demonstration, reinforcement, and remediation training of all levels of Student experience. The development process is designed to maximize training capability,
to reduce development and life cycle risk, and to allow for future modifications. A Multi-Media Instruction system creates a robust, expandable training system
that will serve the needs of the Students. By using today's state of the art technology based on Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) multimedia authoring products,
the developer ensures that the Multi-Media Instruction system allow for ease of upgrade and growth as new COTS capabilities become available and as training
requirements evolve. Multi-Media Instruction provides a rich interactive learning environment required for the training needs. The course is then delivered via
the Internet, Intranet or CD-ROM to provide a complete Distance Learning capability. Contact Us for your training course needs.
Conference Proceedings
The proceedings CD-ROMs contain all the technical papers for on-line reading,
searching by keyword, and printing. Once, an article of interest is located it may be read on-line or printed. Papers contain drawings, color graphics and color
photographs. The Quick Tips file provides information for getting started and how to get worldwide support. Contact Us for your Conference Proceedings on
CD-ROM.
On-going Projects for I/ITSEC
We with Computer Multimedia Production Corporation (CMPC) are the proud producers of the Proceedings and Exhibits on CD-ROM for the Interservice / Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) that is held in Orlando, Florida USA. I/ITSEC has been active since 1966, "A Brief History".

The previous years' proceedings (2000 - 1966)
are available in a two CD-ROM set for $300
(USD) from National Training Systems Association (NTSA). Through the use of
modern information engineering, we have converted the previous years CD-ROMs
(2000 through 1995) and the paper proceedings (1994 to 1966) into an effective
tool for research, study and application. A complete electronic search is
provided via the paper abstracts and imaged papers, and the associated full
electronic versions.
The I/ITSEC 2000 to 1966 Abstracts are being made available online.

NTSA Training 2012 Industry Survey
Training and Simulation Requirements, Trends and Forecasts for the Decade
Ahead
Get The Inside News On… Forecasts for growth, requirements and trends, outlook for military budgets for training and simulation, key training and simulation program details, what¹s ahead in vocational training and educational programs, and training organizations.
Market Segments Covered In The Survey
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Special Operations, Joint Training,
Congressional Outlook, and Homeland Security Opportunities.
In 2005, the National Training Systems Association (NTSA) commissioned a team of more than 70 training experts drawn from its member companies to produce the NTSA Training 2012: Requirements-Trends-Forecasts for the Decade Ahead.
The project team was divided into target groups to facilitate the broadest possible survey of the military services, joint and special forces training, Congress, Homeland Security and research activities. The team met with high-level officials and conducted face-to-face interviews and on-site evaluations to compile the most comprehensive assessment of future training needs.
The resulting NTSA Training 2012 is filled with valuable information. To
