SSAI is committed to producing devices that maximizes the transfer of training from the classroom to the operational aircraft environment. This is particularly true for the use of Hardware in the Loop (HIL) - cockpit true systems training.

In addition to the training aspects, the engineering "mock-up" of the avionics and panel arrangement supports both design and support of the avionics engineering effort. The mock up can range from simple drawings or photographs to fully simulated panels integrated with the other aircraft systems, to fully integrated flight worthy instruments. The mock-up provides one of the best analysis tools for human factors studies and analyses.
